Cocorosie

I found out about this band over the summer when shuffling through a friends i-pod. I didn't listen to a whole song but thought the sound was inventive.

I finally got to checking them out today on youtube.

I was amazed at the range of instruments, and random items used to play the song, the harp, a kazoo, and a few children's toys. . .you'll see what I mean.

Really and truly I can't tell you much of anything about the band, but I can say that you HAVE to watch this video!

The song is quiet and sweet sounding with a gorgeous harp background. I couldn't say what genre this falls into, and I can't describe it to you, but it's worth a listen! It's quite unique, and like nothing I've ever seen before. It's very random!
You really have to listen to this with no prior idea as to what it might be. Haha.

So, have a listen to Cocorosie's "Hairnet Paradise".

Hairnet Paradise-Cocorosie
